Introduction to Key Terms Important to Queer Identities
  • Allyship in Action - The Trevor Project: ​This website provides a great introduction to key terms and ways to make an impact for LGBTQ+/queer students. 

Educational Outcomes 
  • LGBTQ Youth in CA Public Schools: This research study and its results highlights the academic outcomes of LGBTQ+/queer students, in contrast to non-LGBTQ+ youth. 
  • California Department of Education: This website provides a comprehensive list of research and reports done on supporting LGBTQ+/queer students across schools in California. ​ 

Ways You Can Help  
  • Resources to Welcome LGBTQ Youth: This website provides resources to help educators make their spaces affirming and welcoming to all students, regardless of gender and/or sexuality.
